Well here goes. We have had Megwynn's Plot now for five years but we finally made and put the sign up last night so now seems like the ideal time to start this blog.
I will tell you a bit about us. I am a full time Mum to two girls and a smallholder. The girls are now 15, soon to be 16 and 12. My husband helps out a lot and provides the funds to keep us going.
We have two ponies, Scout a strawberry roan Welsh section C, who is scared of his own shadow, and Tiffany a rescued Shetland who's only aim in life is to eat. Eight chickens of varying breeds provide us with eggs most days, no doubt I will introduce you to them all as I go on. Lastly on the plot we have two black runner ducks.
At home we have two dogs Mollie the border collie and Ruby the German Shorthaired Pointer.
So in a nutshell this is us, I hope to keep you informed of our activities so as to try and keep a diary for me.
